On week 3 of #EverydayHipPlanForBetterGolf by @pfsfitness & @ando_pfs here’s a sample of my progress with the 90/90 Leg Sweeps where I’m able to go no hands wth my left leg and gradually working to no hands with my right (since my right groin/hip has been my injured side). The mobility from day 1 has been exponential and has been helping my golf game for sure! I had surgery almost 3 years ago and had to get my L5 disc taken out. I’m fitter now than ever but WOW this hip movement stuff is fantastic. I have muscles cramping where I didn’t even know I had any. Already only 1 week I felt a freedom in my golf swing yesterday like my hips weren’t there.
