THIS IS NOT FOR YOUR GOLFER WHO DOESN’T MOVE WELL AT ALL. THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED PROGRAM FOR SERIOUS GOLFERS LOOKING TO GET AFTER MOBILITY THAT IS GOING TO HAVE SERIOUS TRANSFERABILITY IN HELPING THEIR GAME. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO BE DONE A MINIMUM OF 4 DAYS A WEEK AND UP TO 6 DAYS A WEEK SO EITHER GOING 2 DAYS ON AND 1 OFF OR 3 DAYS ON AND 1 OFF. IT WAS DESIGNED TO GO HARD AT MOBILITY FOR 30 DAYS AND CAN BE DONE AT HOME IN 30 MINS. THE FIRST TWO WEEKS HELP TO BUILD A FOUNDATION AND THEN THE SECOND TWO WEEKS WE GO HARD. YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO HAVE SOME SORENESS JUST LIKE LIFTING BUT BETTER MOBILITY LIVES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THAT PAIN SO SUCK IT UP. THIS CAN BE DONE IN THE GYM AS A WARMUP PRIOR TO YOUR REGULAR ROUTINE OR DONE EVERY MORNING OR EVENING DEPENDING ON YOUR SCHEDULE.
