We are looking for a POSITIVE, ENERGETIC, CREATIVE, and ENTHUSIASTIC Personal Trainer and Group Trainer to join the Premier Fitness team at our state-of-the-art 5,00 sq/ft location in North Scottsdale!
We are looking for someone with with at least 3 years of experience and a creative mindset.
Our Ideal candidate would be willing to work at 6 or 7am at least 5 mornings/week as well as a few Sat mornings a month and also be experienced in golf! Being TPI certified is highly recommended.
Our Scottsdale location, proximity to Cool Clubs (one of the best custom fitting golf club facilities in the world with over 20 locations) combined with our Tour Proven methodology makes us one of worlds top hubs for golf performance. We work with multiple PGA, LPGA players as well as many up and coming WEB, SYMETRA, CANADIAN, ASIAN, LAT
We also work with players ages 40-70+ who are serious players at clubs like Whisper Rock, Grayhawk, DC Ranch, Troon, Estancia, Silver Leaf, and a number of other amazing courses up in North Scottsdale.
We have a unique approach to golf in that we focus 60-70% on the posterior chain keeping the hips/shoulders open to promote performance and prevent many injuries due to the repetitive overuse patterns golf brings. We work on a lot of mobility and flexibility to consistently be improving movement patterns and improve consistency and power. Most clients come in and thinking they know what they’re doing, and they leave with a whole new mindset toward training. We focus on re-balancing the body to improve joint integrity and prevent injury. We have trainers making $100k + at our studio but they grind it out. We have a serious online presence w an amazing app that allows us to work with players all over the world. It’s a game changer!
