I used to be so impatient. I always wanted to lose weight fast. I learned from my family at Premier that you have to live with your weight loss by taking it off slowly and steadily. One of the biggest things I learned was how important it to always be changing up your workouts. By working with a trainer my workouts were always different and as a result of my body always had to work hard and not hit plateaus like I would hit in the past. The other most important part of my success has been planning out all my food for the week so my nutrition was always on point.
