As one of the founders of Premier Fitness Systems I believe I should practice what I preach. So what did I do? I followed our program for 90 days and challenged myself to get in the best shape of my life. Not only did my body fat drop and my muscle mass increased but my mobility through out my whole body improved, my sleep got better and my energy was taking to the next level. I believe that even as a fitness professional I need to be motivated and challenged to achieve my goals.
