PFS Junior Elite Program

4 Week / 5 Days per Week / Intermediate

The PFS Junior Elite Program is for junior athletes under the age of 20 who would like to improve their fitness level. It consists of 4-week plans that are designed to help juniors improve their movement patterns and learn to load them properly with controlled, safe mechanics. A combination of neurological skill work, movement, strength training, and mobility lead to successful athletic results. Additionally, a unique option involved with being a part of this group is the discussion tab. I encourage each junior to communicate with others about the program and how they are enjoying the movements. Conversing about exercises will only develop better understanding of them!
