This is the perfect blend of strength, mobility, and energy system development for any golfer looking to take their game to the next level.The program is designed to be done 5 days a week for 6 weeks.The plan is broken up with some days emphasizing power and other days are heavy mobility or cardio.Most golfers I’ve worked with in my 17 year career tend to be all over the place when it comes to their training.Their training tends to be very vanity dominant, not performance driven.This plan is designed to focus on exercises that are going to have the best carry over effect into your golf game while also targeting common mobility limitations like the the t-spine, hamstrings, and hips that most golfers struggle with. The other hidden jem in this plan is the blending of some auxiliary training focused on the wrists and ankles that will be a game changer for creating a better overall body connection.
