Services/Methods include:

Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) Manual Techniques: PRI is an integrative and holistic approach. It is a posture based approach to physical medicine. PRI improves postural adaptations, the function of the respiratory system and asymmetrical patterns. Treatment aims to maximize neutrality in the body through manual and non-manual exercise techniques designed to reposition, retrain, and restore these asymmetrical patterned positions. If there are limitations or restrictions that need mobilizations then manual therapy enters the game. Manual techniques are utilized to restore proper alignment of the body while proper respiratory dynamics are considered.

Sports Massage: Sports specific massage.  Reduces recovery time for maximum performance during or after training.  Individualized massage consisting of multiple modalities.

Injury Rehab: Massage plays an important role as a supplement to standard injury rehabilitation procedures.  By encouraging circulatory movement and relaxing muscles, massage helps the body pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs.  This allows the rehabilitating injured area(s) to become more flexible and heal at an accelerated rate.

Scraping/Gua Sha: Use of tools to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension.  Helps to increase circulation by moving stagnated blood.

Cupping: Plastic or silicone cups are used to create reverse pressure that pulls skin upward, helping move stagnant blood to improve circulation and treat chronic pain such as back pain and headaches.
