One-on-One: Whether you want to lose weight, lose inches, get stronger, increase your metabolism, improve your nutrition, or just improve your overall health and fitness, our expert team of certified personal fitness trainers are committed to providing the right “game-plan” for you to reach your goals and achieve a healthier way of life.

Buddy Training: Perhaps situations have arisen that require you to cut the cost of your training sessions. The owners at Premier Fitness will pair you with someone who is working at the same fitness level as yourself, and you will both train with a personal trainer in Scottsdale at the same time. Participants in these sessions are guaranteed the same personal attention one gets in a One-on-One session, at a lower cost.

Small Group Training: Premier fitness Systems offers Small Group Personal Training.  Are you looking to save money?  Small Group Personal Training has the similar benefits of 1-1 personal training at a fraction of the cost.  Small Group Personal Training is in groups of up to 5 people.  With Small Group Personal Training you get the same great training as a 1-1 training session at half the rate. This program is a “group” style training program consisting of 3-5 individuals. If you are desiring team-based workouts that utilize more circuits but still allow your trainer to be an integral part of your program.
