Mark’s Transformation

Although I always enjoyed working out, I did not make the time to do it and though I would eat fairly well, my portions were way off. After joining the Premier Fitness family, I found there was a community of trainers and people like myself all eager to help me stay on task. I participated in a number of PFS sponsored seminars on nutrition and found the information I learned to be very valuable tools to help me achieve my goals.
With the encouragement I received from the PFS community I have managed to stay focused on my health. My nutrition is no longer a battle over portion sizes and I work out 6 days a week. I have never felt better.
